1. Introduction

Commercial relations between Hardware Technologies and customers are governed exclusively by what is indicated in the sections "Delivery Information", "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" which supersede and exclude any other agreement previously or verbally agreed.


2. Responsibility
Hardware Technologies will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss deriving from delayed or non-delivery of the product, nor for the non-correspondence of the goods to the specifications published in the catalog, nor for any other fact not attributable to Hardware Technologies itself.


3. Technical information
The technical information included in the catalog is based on the official data published by the manufacturers in their catalogs or websites or other telematic tools; all data are therefore to be considered approximate and we reserve the right to change the technical characteristics without notice based on what will be communicated to us by the producers themselves.


4. Orders
Orders are processed according to the Customer's requests; for the safety of both parties, the Customer may be asked to confirm the accuracy of the order via e-mail and any changes to be agreed based on the request sent by the Customer. Any alternatives to the requested product will be provided only after having notified the customer and received his approval.


5. Supply
The supply includes only what is indicated in the order confirmation following the web order sent by the customer at the time of the purchase confirmation.


6. Prices
All the prices indicated in the catalog are intended as "gross sales prices", VAT included. The prices are those in effect at the time the catalog is viewed. We reserve the right to modify them, without notice, based on the trend in market prices and exchange rates between the Euro and other currencies. The prices of the catalog are to be understood net of transport costs and any other expenses that may be incurred. For holders of a VAT number it is possible, by entering the same when ordering, to request an invoice for what is in order.


7. Shipping
All orders received before 5.p.m. will be confirmed by 12.a.m. the following day. For orders consisting of only available goods, the fulfillment usually takes place within 24 working hours following the order confirmation sent to the customer and in any case after the customer has received the payment certificate.


8. Terms of delivery
The delivery terms are intended as non-essential, are approximate and run from the date the Customer undertakes to make the payment. Any cause beyond our control such as strikes, lockouts, suspensions, delays or even partial stops of postal services, difficulties in finding the material on the market, fires or similar events of force majeure are justifications for delays in deliveries and therefore it is not up to the customer to do so. reason or right of ownership.


9. Risk and ownership
The goods are shipped carriage forward (the transport costs contribution will be charged on the invoice) and therefore the risk will pass to the customer at the time of delivery to the postal courier. Always check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the goods! Cash on delivery is not carried out for amounts exceeding 500.00 Euros (including taxes); moreover, all shipments for which the value of the goods exceeds 500.00 Euros (with VAT) will be automatically covered by insurance and the increase in the cost of shipping charged to the buyer on the invoice.


10. Payments
Payment must be made exclusively in the manner chosen during the purchase procedure: any modification of the payment method will be promptly communicated via e-mail to info@hwtech.it.

11. Right of withdrawal
As foreseen by the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/5/1999, in implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC issued by the European Union relating to the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts, the right of withdrawal consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and in the consequent refund of the purchase price within a period of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business. Therefore, purchases made by retailers, companies and professionals are excluded from the right of withdrawal. To assert the right of withdrawal, the buyer must give written notice of the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the supplier company. The communication can also be sent by fax (055-7473665) or e-mail (info@hwtech.it) sent within the same term (10 working days) provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails for the buyer the burden of returning the products received, complete with all accessories and in their original packaging. The return of the material must be carried out by and at the expense of the purchaser as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days following the written communication of the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. Place a copy of the registered letter on the package; Packages returned without a copy of the registered letter will be rejected if the original letter is not received in the meantime via the postal service. In the event of withdrawal, the company Hardware Technologies will refund the purchaser of the amount paid, net of shipping costs, within 30 working days of receipt of the returned goods (Article 5, paragraph 7, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999). Pursuant to the law, it is mandatory that the software products be returned with the media (disks, CD-ROMs or whatever) intact, or still sealed and perfectly intact, in the original unopened packaging, under penalty of exclusion from the right of withdrawal. such products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must fill in a signed declaration showing the desire to exercise this right, clearly indicating the original purchase document that clearly shows the purchase invoice number. In case of partial withdrawal, clearly highlight the code of the article or articles in question and the bank details on which to obtain the possible transfer.


12. Complaints

Any shipping errors must be reported promptly. If you indicate the problem with reference to the invoice number, it will be sufficient to send an e-mail message to supporto@hwtech.it or to write to: Hardware Technologies di F. Rogai - Via Virginio 322 - 50025 Montespertoli (FI).


13. Warranty conditions

Unless otherwise specified, all the material sold by Hardware Technologies is considered new and never used and therefore covered, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2/2/2002, by a minimum guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months if sold with invoice). During this period, in the event of any material or manufacturing defects and lack of conformity, Hardware Technologies undertakes to repair or replace the defective component with another similar or equivalent product or to reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the component. Hardware Technologies reserves the right not to consider under warranty goods which have been canceled, tampered with or even partially covered the sticker bearing the serial number of the product or, where this is foreseen, the warranty seal. The warranty therefore covers manufacturing defects of the components at the time of purchase and, in the case of assembled Personal Computers, the labor required for restoration.
The warranty is void in case of improper use of the object, neglect, voluntary damage or for any problem resulting from incorrect installation after the sale. The aforementioned conditions do not replace or alter the manufacturer's and / or distributor's warranty.
The products of parent companies that have their own service centers are not covered by the warranty conditions. However, Hardware Technologies may act free of charge as an intermediary with the supplier's service center with the exception of those products that have on-site assistance or that have a service center in the customer's place of residence. For on-center guarantees, the only costs to be borne by the customer are those for transporting the faulty products to the repair laboratory indicated by the manufacturer.
In the event of a defect not found by our laboratory, the cost of the intervention will also be charged when the goods are returned.
To take advantage of the guarantee, it is essential to present the purchase document issued at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover magnetic media, cartridges, toners, ribbons and printer heads, rechargeable batteries and in general all material subject to wear. Hardware Technologies makes no warranties on software products, including related documentation materials that describe their installation, quality, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. All software products are distributed `` seen and liked '' and are sold only under the conditions established by the relative license agreements.
Hardware Technologies assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage to things to persons due to the non-perfect functioning of the material supplied. The intervention under guarantee leaves the duration of the guarantee completely unaltered.
The used material is sold with a guarantee between a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 12 months; the choice of the different warranty conditions depends on the type of object for sale and affects the sale price of the object itself as indicated in the purchase option. Apart from the difference in the duration of the warranty period, the remaining conditions for this type of material remain unchanged from those for new material.
Note: products such as mice, keyboards, floppy drives, cables, fans and the like, are components subject to wear and therefore enjoy the so-called "guarantee of good operation"; these components are replaced only in the event of a fault occurring during the first 60 days of purchase.


14. Return of goods
The return of the material to Hardware Technologies must be reported in advance by sending a fax or letter, explaining the reasons in detail and citing the references of the purchase invoice. Before proceeding with the return, always wait for the return authorization number (RMA number). All products must be returned intact in their original packaging complete with all original parts or accessories and with adequate external packaging. The transport document and the label on the outer packaging must contain the return authorization number (RMA). The goods must arrive at our headquarters in Via Virginio 322 - 50025 Montespertoli (FI) in free port. Products sent to our warehouse without the above requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender carriage forward.


15. Competence
For any dispute, the competent court is expressly that of Florence.
